Shipping Policy
Effective 17-Jul-2026 · Version 1.0Twin Delite pouches are retort-processed and shelf-stable. No cold chain, no refrigeration until you open them. They travel well.
Where we ship
- India — anywhere our couriers go. Check your PIN code at checkout. Shipped by Sana Enterprises from Coimbatore.
- Singapore — island-wide, from LIV Enterprises’ local stock. Not shipped from India to you; LIV imports in bulk and ships locally.
- Bulk, export, ship chandlers, maritime crew — separate written terms. Write to sg@twindelite.com
- No PO Boxes.
When it goes out
Business days only. We dispatch within [24–48] hours of a confirmed, paid order. Festival weeks and launches can push that to [5] business days. You will get a confirmation when you order and a tracking number when it ships.

These are estimates, not promises. Weather, strikes, holidays, courier problems and anything else outside our control can add time. We will keep you posted.
What it costs
- India: free above ₹499. Below that, ₹40–₹150 depending on weight and distance. Cash on Delivery, where offered, adds ₹60.
- Singapore: free above S$20. Below that, S$4. No Cash on Delivery.
Tax is included in the price you see. The shipping charge at checkout is final.
If delivery fails
Couriers try three times. Keep your phone on. If all three fail, or you refuse the parcel, or the address was wrong, it comes back to us and the order is cancelled — we refund the order value minus what the shipping actually cost us both ways. Refuse COD orders repeatedly and we will turn COD off for you.
If it arrives damaged
Look at the box before you take it. If it is torn open or obviously crushed, refuse it and tell us that day.
If you find damage after opening — leaking pouch, missing item, wrong item — tell us within 48 hours with photos. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Risk
The products become yours, at your risk, when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
